#JobAdviceSA for #WomensMonth – 12/08

The sad reality in South Africa is that women find it harder to get a job, are treated with less respect in the workplace and are paid less than men. So this #WomensMonth we are going to be discussing some of the challenges that women face in recruitment and employment and how they can overcome them.

Q1. What unique challenges do women face when trying to find a job and how can they overcome them?

Q2. Why should women pursue non-traditional career paths such as STEM (Science, Engineering, Technology & Maths)?

Q3. How can we ensure that women are treated with more respect in the workplace?

Q4. What are the benefits of promoting women to leadership positions?

Join us at 4pm to get the answers to the above questions by following the hashtag #JobAdviceSA as well as the @JobAdviceSA Twitter account and our host @TimJBarry
